Business: Truck driver.

Penalty: 33 months in federal prison, plus three years of supervised release, and must pay $25,471
in restitution.

Reasons for penalty: Miller loaded a flatbed truck with containers of chemicals, pesticides and other hazardous wastes from a warehouse at Renkoski Property Development in Sidney, Nebraska. He then transported the hazardous waste without a permit and dumped it at three undeveloped sites.

Note: Miller pleaded guilty to criminal violations of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
