We are excited to announce the launch of our new Trainer Area on our Learning Management System! First, this means that you will only have one login for your membership, any courses you have taken through the LMS, and your Trainer Area. Second, we have added additional functions to the new Trainer Area to make your experience easier. Below you will find a helpful video and documentation about how to access and use the new NASP Trainer Area. The old Trainer Area will remain active until November 20th, 2022. This will allow you to submit trainer reports through the old system while you become familiar with the new system.
Here are some of the new things you can expect with the new Trainer Area:
- You can see Trainer Reports after submission. This will allow you to make sure you have included all names with your submission.
- Once a payment link has been sent to you, you will receive an email with a link to make payment. Your payment link will be accessible within your LMS login.
- In addition, within your LMS login, you can see once a certificate request has been shipped.
** Please note that when adding a certificate request for an individual, you are required to enter a First Name, a Last Name, and a unique email address for that student. This is a NEW requirement.
The system only allows an email address to be assigned to one user. It CANNOT be your email address for the students. If your student is already in our system (i.e. their email address), you can choose from a list of existing users when requesting certificates.
